We honor all manufacturers’ warranties on new parts. Reconditioned parts typically carry a 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year warranty. Defective parts will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit (dependent upon which was originally purchased), and the old unit sent to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation. Customer must purchase a replacement
unit and a refund will be issued upon notification that the unit will be covered from the Manufacturer. If it’s found that the part failed due to installation or other system components in your machine, we will honor the manufacturer’s decision regarding warranty returns.
There will be up to a 30% restocking fee for parts purchased in error by the customer, not installed on the machine, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase.
All core returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive credit.
All refunds and warranty returns require the customer to contact KMAC-Parts, Inc. either by phone or email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before shipping refundable and warranty return items back to us for processing.
