All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, a claim will be reported to shipping company. A refund will be determined by the shipping company. All orders placed after 4PM EST may not ship until the next business day. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
UPS is used for all domestic and international shipping. Visit the UPS Service Guide for estimated shipping times. Shipping methods offered are: 3 Day Select, Ground, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air Early AM, Standard, Worldwide Express, Wordwide Express Plus, Worldwide Expedited, and Saver.

Items may or may not be entitled to a refund or returned based on complaint. Items may be returned for a 20% restocking charge if the part has not been installed on the machine and approved for return before shipping back to KMAC-Parts Inc. A part may be returned with no restocking charge If at the time of the order KMAC-Parts helped diagnose the problem, and was aware part may not fix the problem. If an item is damaged during a return shipment a credit will not be issued and the part will be returned to the buyer. Some items require a core to be returned . A core refund will be issued when the part is returned and determined to be rebuild able. The return of cores are time sensitive and to insure a refund must be received within 10 business days of ship date.
If an item is returned for a warranty evaluation, KMAC-Parts Inc will return the part to its manufacturer. Warranties are for manufacturers defects. If a part is determined to fail do to improper installation or another component causing the failure no refund will be issued. The original manufacture will determine if the part is under warranty. If buyer requests a new part to be sent before warranty is determined by manufacturer, buyer must purchase the new part and when warranty is determined a credit will be issued by KMAC-Parts. All warranty parts are shipped ground and paid by KMAC-Parts. If the customer needs the part expedited customer is responsible for shipping costs. If part is not under warranty it will be repaired at customer expense or returned unrepaired. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
An item may be cancelled up until the part is shipped.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
