If you, for whatever reason, want to return a part within the first 30 days, KMAC-Parts, Inc. will issue a refund or credit subject to a 30% restocking fee. If it is a part we were working with you to try and troubleshoot a problem, the restocking fee may be reduced. If the part was not packaged properly when returned, we may deny the return and return the part back to you. If the part is returned after 30 days and we were not notified or were notified and the part was sent after 30 days from the ship date, we, at our discretion, will either return the part or charge up to a 30% restocking charge. All returned parts require you to contact KMAC-Parts, Inc. prior to returning a part. Also, for all returns, please reference the original invoice.
KMAC-Parts, Inc. or its agents’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Parts carry a 90-day to 1-year warranty depending on the part. In order to validate the warranty, the customer must allow KMAC-Parts, Inc. to ship out a replacement part while the warranty is pending. If the customer purchases a replacement part from another source without allowing us the opportunity to remedy the problem, then this voids all warranty claims. KMAC-Parts, Inc. must have the opportunity to replace the defective part; if not, we will have no responsibility to refund any funds for the original purchase.
All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period, and no warranty whether expressed or implied will apply after this period.
Under no circumstances shall KMAC-Parts, Inc. or any of our affiliates have any liability whatsoever for claims and damages arising out of the loss of use of any product or part sold to you. Nor shall we have any liability to yourself or anyone for any indirect or consequential damages such as injuries to person and property caused directly or indirectly by the product or part sold to you, and you agree in accepting our product or part to save us harmless from any and all such claims or damages that may be initiated against us by third parties.
Shipping & Handling Policy
The customer is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping charges. Except if we replace a part under warranty, we will pay the outgoing UPS Ground shipping. If the customer requires faster shipping for a warranty part, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the additional shipping charges.
We offer a variety of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, and LTL Truck Services. We can ship on the customer’s account at our discretion. Because of our high volume and thus huge discounts, we recommend you let us ship the product on our account. We insure all outgoing packages. In the rare event you receive a package damaged during shipping, the customer must notify us immediately and allow the carrier to come and inspect the package for insurance purposes. We recommend you take pictures of the damage and email them to email@example.com. If you have questions or concerns or need tracking information, please contact us at 248-852-857
