Within 90 days from the day the product ships, the Seller, at its option, shall repair or replace a defective product. This limited warranty is void with respect to a product which was misused, improperly repaired, installed, or maintained. This limited warranty is also void with respect to product damage resulting from lightning, electrical storms and or power surges.

THE SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY, AND SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THE BUYER WITH ANY OTHER REMEDY, FOR ANY AND ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR THE LOSS OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. THE SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
